There are an abundance of fine restaurants to sample.
The nearby Carmel Highlands are host to legendary photographer Edward Weston's photo studio in his home, Wildcat Hill. Carmel features buildings by architects Charles S. Greene, Frank Lloyd Wright, Julia Morgan and Bernard Maybeck. Visit Tor House, the home of poet Robinson Jeffers. Clint Eastwood's Carmel Mission Ranch is a downhome, simple place to enjoy a meal. Every Sunday, you can enjoy the Jazz Brunch from about 9-1:30.
