   Chinatown in San Francisco is a place that should not be missed, as it has a unique ethnic and cultural value. There is a dragon draped archway between the Bush and Grant streets. This is the entrance to Chinatown. The streets are full of shops that cater to the visitors. There are many eateries, fish and vegetable stalls, temples and herbal shops that attract visitors.

   From Fisherman's Wharf you can take a 'red and white' ferry ride to Sausalito. It is a half an hour ride. The view is the San Francisco Bay is beautiful and Sausalito has many attractive outdoor cafes and small shops.

To tour San Francisco you can buy the MUNI passport. MUNI or the San Francisco Municipal Railway is the best way of transport in the city. It is available for one, three or seven days. You can use this to board the bus, use the cable cars and the metro lines. This also gives you admission to certain museums and sight seeing places. You can get a MUNI passport at the Visitor center at the Hallidie Plaza and other outlets. You can also get a MUNI Street and transit map.
